luratec AG has its headquarters (administration, design and production) in rostock. with a direct access to the european trunk road network it is favourably situated at the «siemens center rostock».

design
the design department is currently using six fully equipped workstations. they fully enable the employees to process orders for the aircraft programmes A300/310, A320, A330/340, A350, A380 as well as A400M.
three workstations with own valid V5-licences can be used for the design of special workshop facilities as well as for the processing of specific customer orders.
besides catia V4 and V5, the design department uses the softwares vpm, primes and tasky. in line with the requirements of the industry, the staff members of the luratec design department are working project-oriented on-site at the customer’s premises, where they contribute their experience and knowledge to the customer's development and design department.

production
here, on a hall area of about 1.500 sqm, luratec AG has a huge production plant at its disposal that is big enough to handle even larger orders. in case of orders from foreign customers, a bonded warehouse can additionally be used.
the technical facilities of this location include, among others, two cold storage rooms for a professional storage of prepregs, a medium temperature industrial furnace as well as an autoclave. it is furthermore possible to produce in clean room conditions.
